Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made before the specified deadline will be eligible for a partial refund within 7-10 working days from the date of your payment, subject to an administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the deadline, subject to approval and may incur an administrative fee.

Right to Refuse or Cancel

CONGRESSIA (organizer of the Nutrition Summit 2025) reserves the right to refuse or cancel any payment that has been confirmed. If your credit/debit card or mobile banking wallet has already been charged for the payment and your request is canceled, CONGRESSIA will refund the charged amount.
